Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your Doorstand purchase. This policy applies to orders placed directly through doorstand.co.uk.

Changing your mind

You may cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Email kieren@doorstand.co.uk with your name, order number and confirmation that you wish to cancel.

Condition of returned goods

Please return both stands in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if they have been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage when you change your mind. Rustic Owl Limited will cover reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back. Your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where applicable; standard UK mainland delivery is currently free.

Faulty or damaged goods

Your statutory rights are not affected. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at kieren@doorstand.co.uk with your order number and photographs where helpful.
